OK so the Jeff Saturday experiment went less than stellar

Is everybody on board with EDS as our center, or does somebody else have a suspicion our center is not on our roster today ?

Also, Wells.............gotta say.........injured to not..........Thank goodness TT didn't pay a center 6MIL/year. Our cap situation is more than under control

I think he sucks.

I have zero doubt that EDS has the physical skills to play the position better than any we've had there for a while. The question is whether or not he has the brains and leadership to run that offensive line at a high level. I think he'll get there if we can keep Lang and Sitton healthy.

If available, that kid from Alabama is going to be drafted as our C.

I think EDS is passible. Whether we jump on a center early depends on who else we NEED is available.

I was going to start a thread "Packers Do away With Saturday" but thought it might be lame.

Tonight I'm admitting a lot.... EDS makes a pretty good center, I was scared to death with him in there, proved me wrong.

How about drafting Brian Schwenke C/G Cal 6'3 307 in the 3rd? Somebody talked him up on another Packer forum? Anybody know anything about him? We do need depth in the middle of that line.

Personally I'm happy with EDS. Plays way above his pay in my opinion.

This. They can win with him and if Lang/EDS/Sitton can stay healthy, the Packers won't have to worry much about the interior line.
