May 10,2013

This afternoon, ESPN Milwaukee’s Jason Wilde is reporting, via Twitter, that the only unsigned draftees are first rounder, DE Datone Jones and second round pick, RB Eddie Lacy.

The remainder of the 2013 Draft Class has or are personally commited to sign.

Looks like Ben Ericksen (http://www.jsonline.com/sports/packers/free-agent-back-pease-draws-notice-at-packers-camp-tg9tgrm-207019151.html), S, Illinois State, may not be joining the Packers.

>>Second thoughts: Illinois State and Greendale native Ben Ericksen had agreed to sign with the Packers as an undrafted free agent, but it appears a medical issue resulted in the team not signing him.

A source familiar with the situation said Ericksen did not pass the physical but did not give specifics. A phone message left for Ericksen was not returned.<<

That's sad, look at this kid's Twitter page. Can you say ready to join the Packers? Tough luck. https://twitter.com/Bwerick_Eazy7 I hope it can still work out.

Yup so many of them took it right down to TC. Now the distraction is gone. I believe that has to help in terms of focus.

That's what they will be doing after they sign, but not before.

I dunno. Most of them were the BMOC. They were probably getting hot little 20 year old cheerleaders before they ever signed a contract.

Yeah but there's a difference between having NFL potential and signing that first big contract. The gold diggers will be out in full force.

How true that is.

That's why the smart gold diggers get in there early, like high school.

If there are gold diggers who can sniff out NFL talent while the talent is still in high school, Ted needs to hire those women in the scouting department.

Just check Facebook...you can smell a golddigger a mile away nowadays. I'm more amazed with pro athletes that get successful then find a woman to marry. Look at Mario Williams....Yikes.

If you can smell them, they're not very good golddiggers, Snakey. You know that.
