The Raiders are in as big of a rebuilding year as the NFL has ever seen this year. Woodson is at least a name people know available on the cheap which is exactly what they need if they are going to sell a ticket or a jersey this season. The rest of the team might even make him look good enough to get a pro bowl vote or two.
