I have 2 daughters playing on there high school softball team. One is a Junior and the other a freshman. Both scored in the semi-final game and were on tv together for a long time. The younger one tied the score 2-2 and the older one score the go ahead run in a 5-2 win taking them to the championship game! They won 3-2 to win the TX 5A state softball championship!
Very proud dad this week!

Congrats! I swear nothing compares to the feeling a parent gets when watching their kid perform.....esp. in the big games! :) Wow, a freshman Lew, that's great!! Hopefully you will be watching her in the big game for another 3 years!

My son qualified for 2 events at the Drake Track Relays this spring and 3 events at State, both in Des Moines. I had never been to the Drake relays before but it was so cool. They have Olympic performers there participating and it was awesome to watch. The boy did great....super proud! :)

Not OU, but the older one is committed to play at a small NAIA school in Shawnee.....coached by OU great, DJ Mathis, now Sanchez...NCAA Schools only offer about 30% scholorships, unless your a stud pitcher or catcher, this school offered 35% freshman year and 100% sophmore thru senior year......

Congradulations, there are many good colleges in Shawnee.

Hope it all works out for the best.

Yep, I never thought anything would top 96 superbowl, after years of watching bad football, but nothing compares to watching you kids play and win at these levels!
