Not the same kind of record, but Finley set the record for most catches in a season by a TE with 61. He broke Paul Coffman's old record of 58.

If Jonesy the beer vendor sells 156.9 beers this season he will move fro 7th to 6th on the all-time vendor list - excluding Milwaukee games.

There will be an asterisk next to Jonesy's record. He just sits on the step next to this guy...

Impressive stat analysis Joe.

Surely ... they don't allow beer 'in bottles' at Lambeau Field?

I am suprised that Jones has more yards then Nelson, and it will be cool to see these two passing players toghether.

I had forgotten the amount of use that we got from Ahman in the recieving department, man I miss having a good running back.

If MM has Crosby attempting 50+ regularly again there will be a significant increase in aneurisms during games. Also I am suprised we have had Crosby around long enough to get to 2nd in scoring, time flies.

I look forward to seeing TWill get those 5 ints this year, and I think he will get even more.

MM having more wins than holmgren, who would have guessed that from the early years.

I wonder what the reaction will be when MM passes Lombardi. He's only 15 behind right now. If you drink enough Kool-aid, you might convince yourself it will happen this year.

For the first three years he coached would you have even thought this conversation could somehow exist? It is one hell of a run MM has put toghether,

The seasons back with Lombardi though were what, 10-12 games or so? Easy to catch up with the 16 game season.

14 games.

But pre-merger there were only 16 teams, making the Superbowl 2x easier to win - or exactly on par with winning the NFC title today. So if we asterix MM's record because there are 2 more games per year, we need to asterix Lombardis Championship record because it was much easier back then. Fair is fair.

14 games.

In 1959 and 1960, they played 12 games. In 1961 they went to the 14 game regular season.

The move to the sixteen game season dulled my excitement about having a thousand yard rusher.
