The Packers offense is dramatically different with and without Finley.
They seemed to run a lot of slants, curls, and crossing routes today. Their passing game reminded me of the 2007 team.
I prefer this offense and think they may be more effective without their cover two buster.
What do you think?

I think its one game against a 1-6 team.

Yes but this short passing game has historically worked under MM. They went to the NFC championship in 2007 and then the Super Bowl three years later with it. I think that having a guy like Finley limits the creativity and productivity of the other guys.

Its also what Rodgers said to Tafoya. They are seeing a lot of single-high safety coverage.

You can think Lacy for that.

This would seem to be true.

Yeah, Lacey is the Cover 2 buster, no doubt about it.
I guess I don't see how Finley being out opens things up. Pack ran a lot of slants and crossing routes when they had Jackson and Chewy as TEs.
