Comment woodbuck27: Look at the Pic of Gary Kubiak on the LINK above.

Somehow that Pic and this FIRING makes me feel sad.

Maybe in College ball>>>Realistically now >>> High school.

If I was him I'd take a year off to simply meditate on football...and regroup.

See coaches CAN be fired during the season, so now out with Capers.

Wow.....from 1 game away from the Super Bowl last season to 11 straight losses this season.

I'm not sure any coach would be able to keep his job under the same circumstances.

There is just so much any man especially with a possible hidden and grave health issue should be retained to suffer as he has and had to have after last nights game.

The fricken Houston penaltys and all the rest of the negatives...picks etc. Over the top too...much !

Please...end that suffering ..... as the Houston Texans did today.

It was IMO..... merciful.

It wasn't just the loses but the penalties! They had 14 of them for 177 yards Thursday night alone! So far this season they've been flagged 89 times and assessed 912 yards (and these are prob just accepted penalties). This is getting into Oakland Raider territory.

Kubiak is a branch of the Mike Shanahan offensive coaching tree.

Seems moronic, but IMO this is a brilliant move by the Texans because it allows them to scout out prospects while also nibbling at some of these ex coaches...ak...Cower...Gruden....etc....who are in the booths....before about another four plus get the ax in a few weeks.

Exactly. A heads up managerial move.

Just being nice seldom wins.

Damn I want the Green Bay Packer to take on a brand new identity.

To become a team that's genuinely FEARED in the NFL.

The GREEN and White and 'SOLID GOLD MONSTERS' of the NFL >>> FEARED !!

THE PREDATOR >>> FEARED !!

Seat is heating up for these NFL coaches

The Houston Texans fired Gary Kubiak on Friday, and several other coaches could be gone after this season.
