As a Twitter source, La Canfora is pretty good at adding a few details to items that break. He also did yeoman's work during the CBA lockout. Not too familiar with his stuff on the CBS NFL Today, where I think he is their information guy.
But this piece must have been edited by someone familiar with the traditions of the Journal Sentinel. Let me quote this line:
Several members of the organization said Kyle Shanahan was a cause of internal strife, surrounding himself with young coaches with inferior experience, and allowing for no checks and balances of outside voices in the offensive coaching rooms.

Now, I can see what you WANT to say, but you have a hurdle to clear. There are two coaches with far more experience with Shanny Jr. in the meeting rooms and one goes back with his Dad longer than Kyle has been coaching (Turner). JLC never squares that circle.
Unfortunately, Jason doesn't quite get there with his story in any manner except juicy detail. Its mainly how the staff, its poor construction and bratty Kyle Shanahan are the root of the entire problem. It takes flailing shots like complaints about Bob Slowiks' (LB) son Bobby, who is a Defensive Assistant (which is low man on the totem pole for coaching, rating below the QC guys).
It hand waves Jim Haslett away and dismisses both Bob Slowik (friend of Mike) and Raheem Morris (friend of Kyle) in a less than convincing style.
The most convincing parts (a succession of first year WR coaches and a relatively inexperienced QB coach) is undermined when it failed to even mention the former line coach for the San Francisco 49ers (Foerster) who has 20+ years of experience. Foerster preceded Harbaugh's success, but did have a hand in a couple of good Frank Gore seasons.
