There was a lot of discussion on the airwaves here yesterday about who they want the Broncos to play. Some picked KC, some Indy. No one wanted to face the whale's vagina.

INTERESTING GAME TO WATCH
IN RECALLING OLD DRAFT THREADS

I recall many of the draft nik rats were salavating for TT to take Justin Houston. TT should have. I can only theorize we took him off our draft board due to character concerns cause he fell down WAY lower than anybody had forecasted. WOW...would he look good in Green n Gold ???

Red and I were in the Draft Thread salavating for Brandon Flowers. He's an all pro CB. TT took Jordy Nelson....who...for our team was probably the better pick.

Two defensive plays ago Justin Houston got another sack
One defensive play ago Brandon Flowers got another INT

We'll see what Luck has in his 'bag of tricks' in the second half but the chiefs came prepared to win.

They let that last one vs the Chargers slip away and it's 'all balls forward' today.

The Colts are tackling like the Green Bay Packers defense...sissy's.

Now this game might be a shoot out !

It's a tough call 'only' because of the Saints performance on the road to date this season.

I like the defense a lot and Drew Brees Vs a young yet very solid QB in Nick Foles.

Nick Foles grew up idolizing Drew Brees and followed in his footsteps when he played quarterback at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas.

This should be a solid game to watch. The Saints must stop the LeSean's...LeSean McCoy and LeSean Jackson and the rest of the Eagle track stars. This Philly offense works really fast.

A very slim hope, but I would like our chances on the road in Carolina versus at home in Lambeau tomorrow.

If the Green Bay Packers were to ever lose today Vs the San Fran 49ers. The Green Bay Packers have a zero chance in Carolina. Now 'of course' that's moot.

Step one: the Green Bay Packers win today. The Packers 'will win' today.

Step 2: The Green Bay Packers Vs the Carolina Panthers should mean (according to you) an even better matchup even though the Packers are on the road.

I havn't got that feel for that game yet in terms of how healthy the Packers will be exiting San Fran. How amped up our offense is Vs the San Fran 49ers? How this impacts better success (TOP) and the Packer 'D'? How our ST's play?

Teams on a Bye Week i.e. The Carolina Panthers:

Sometimes it's tough coming off a bye week (rust) and as a result a slow start in a game. That weighed against that team being rested (more healed). I like that factor better when assessing a matchup. Now add in their regular season and the Packers play them in their house. That's nasty !

It's always the same:

One game (team) coming up and prepare for that game (team) and defeat that team and lick your wounds and repeat it all again for the next week/game/team.

PACKERS WIN Vs San Fran 49ers TODAY ! GO PACK GO !

You have to first of all be in bounds or inside the end zone with the ball properly secured.

Then when you hit the ground you get a second look to see if your properly securing the ball and it has never touched the ground (carpet) whatever you've fallen to.

Several seconds may pass and you still must have possession of the ball.

Now all that changes depended on which Officiating team your game was blessed with.

Translation...YES!

It's fricken' complicated and salted with a fans wish and prayer.

i really don't like how penalties are handled close to the endzone. a major personal foul on the defense on the two yard line is basically a nothing penalty, on the next snap its a delay a game on the offense and an almost meaningless 5 yard penalty becomes a backbreaker

The fact that SD is winning is crazy. That team was left for dead, they were 4-6 at one point. They've been hit harder than any other team by injuries this year. Rivers played out of his mind, and Te'o had a great rookie season.

Now they've made it through wildcard week-end. Dangerous team to be sure.

I'll bet that the Broncos are taking the Bolts seriously.
