The niner's Ray McDonald got himself in and out trouble earlier this year, and the team looked smart for keeping him around when all charges were dismissed. Now more trouble rears it's head, a rape accusations and a police search warrant - leading to him getting cut.

His fiancee (or former by now) better put in a claim for child support before everything goes to lawyers and to victim #2 to drop charges. He won't be earning anything else from the NFL any time soon.

The guy's a poser if you ask me. Acts all black and street. Calling other players the N-word. C'mon, man. Only half-black, raised by white familyin the suburbs. The guy's whiter than Freddy Mercury.

Kap needs to start acting white if he wants to be a better pocket passer. :smk:

I wrote that tongue in cheek. The team has to simply re-evaluate.

Did the organization error? Jumping too fast to award Kaepernick for almost winning the prize?

Whatever the 49ers are invested in Kaepernick.

The 49ers seemed to have a bigger window of opportunity with their outstanding OL and overall offense and a solid 'D' compared to most every other NFL team. Their drop off this season to the bottom half of NFL teams is dramatic.
