Just putting this here to get ready for tomorrow's announcement. Their defense fell apart and the offense has taken a step back from 2014.

Get back, Joe!

According to NFL Network it's a done deal now.

Ross is a dope. He keeps approaching this incrementally. He has to clean house (especially figure out whether the GM or Vice President Football Operations Tannebaum has final say) and start fresh with someone at the top.

Tannebaum is the genius who wrecked the Jets and he is reportedly responsible for the new Tannehill and Suh contracts.

He's now on version 3 or 4 of having front office on their way out of the door while they are simultaneously hiring the head coach.

Which can mean only one thing: It's Ditka time!

I never thought Joe had the right temperament to be an NFL HC. He is a good OC but not a head guy.

I doubt there will any changes in our coaching staff during the season. I think our O coaches are doing just fine.

Red Zone consultant. TE whisperer. O line consigliere.

Joe can do it all. Just not as Head Coach.
