Seattle can clinch #5 seed with a win and a Minnesota loss.

Does Carolina play before AZ-Seattle. If AZ can't get the #1 spot, do they 'rest' players against Seattle, giving Seattle the #5 spot (if Packers win). Or do they play all out and knock Seattle into the #6 spot?

If they knock SEA to the 6 seed they would assure not having to play them until the NFC Championship game and may make CAR 1st playoff game against SEA.

Those games will be played at the same time.
