I go back and forth on this. The Packers were slated to play division winners Dallas and Carolina in their two at large games. It all depends on who they are when you play them - Dallas was just horrible, but Carolina was probably tougher than expected. If they capture the NFC north, they get Carolina and AZ instead of ATL and SEA. I could easily see ATL/SEA being tougher. Things change pretty rapidly from season to season. Chicago and Detroit probably thought they'd lose both games against the Packers this season and AZ, Den, and Carolina probably thought they wouldn't beat the hell out of a pathetic, worthless squad.
