Demarious Randall, The Packers' 2015 first-round pick was present during the arrest of a college teammate, though the cornerback was released at the scene.

On Sunday, police arrested Houston Texans wide receiver Jaelen Strong in Scottsdale, Ariz. for possession of marijuana after stopping his car having no visible license plates. Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall, a teammate of Strong's at Arizona State University, was driving the vehicle at the time, according to ABC 15 Phoenix.

According to the police report, officers identified the smell of marijuana from inside the car after pulling it over. Strong admitted at that time that he did not have a medical card for the drug and handed over a cigar box containing three marijuana cigarettes. The police booked Strong into Scottsdale jail and later released him. Randall and the other individuals riding in the car were released at the scene.

I'm going to guess it was not a Hyundai. If you are rolling with something expensive with no visible license plates, do not be caught with weed in your vehicle. Hopefully Demarious is not punished by association.

Maybe this is part of an overall Packers' plan to get players an extra bye week or two for rest?

Maybe the sports science guy who brought in the snack bars came up with the cannabis plan (Jones/Pennell/Randall)?

We need to keep our players out of Texas in general, too much bad stuff happens there.

I think it happened in Scottsdale, AZ. They played together at ASU, so they may still live in the area in the off-season. It's a great place to be in the winter.
