Best argument for him as a very good head coach is right here (somehow PFT came up with it): http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/07/23/dennis-greens-success-with-any-quarterback-may-be-his-greatest-legacy/

The basics: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/former-vikings-cardinals-coach-dennis-green-dies-at-67/

He always seemed like a good person who cared about his team and family. RIP

He got a little crazy at the end but honestly, I always liked him. I recall when you guys ripped him ( no offense, it's what we do right?) for not winning a superbowl, but he was really a helluva a coach and a good guy.

He is what we thought he was.

I kinda liked the guy. He was refreshingly original in an uptight profession.
