12 wins seems right to me with the soft schedule and hopefully a little more health than last season.

I wanted to say 12-4 b/c it's such a powder puff schedule, but they'll blow one somewhere along the line, so I said 11-5.
The only team on the sched that I see as being considerably better is Seattle. That said, I think there's a decent chance we come out of the gate 0-2. Minnesota having to get their legs under them with a new QB gives us an edge @Minnesota though.
Another year falling short of the SB though for the NFL's perennial player development team.

Before the loss of Josh Sitton I might have said 15-1 or 14-2 , but now the O-line is in question at LG .
I will therefore say a conservative 11-5 .

the league will make sure the Vikings win that game one, in the new stadium. You want fans buying on the way out.

10-6. New punter, which means new holder for Crosby, new left guard which could mean lots of bad things, ILB still not solidified and not sure if the offense has straightened out last years ineptitude. On the positive side: Jordy's back, new TE looks like a plus and Lacey ran good in pre-season.

The paper schedule is soft but an early bye and some odd stretches of home/away make this either a 14 or 12 win season so I split the difference.

I have never seen a more favorable setup to the season in my 39 years of watching the Packers. Our biggest threat lost there good QB to a freak injury. I will never get another chance to say this with out being obviously delusional. 16-0.

Because for the last ten or so years I have been trying and failing to predict the Packers record. I'm not one of those fans who predicts 14-2 for their team each year. But when I predict 12-4 they go 8-7-1, and when I predict 10-6 they finish 12-4. I finally got fed up with this silly dance and chose a prediction that I know will be wrong.

I dont remember ever thinking the packers were going to win these many games before 13-3 but Rodgers is going to be hungry this yr. and with Jordy and Abedaris back and Lacey looking in so much better football shape plus I think Cook the new tight end will help us move those chains that our offense will be back also I believe our defense is going to be alot tighter with more take aways and sacks I really believe we are going to the big game this yr.

I cannot be confident about this season. Last year the got the previous year's major problem--slow start--fixed and were on a roll, and then suddenly the bottom drops out. I guess I need to be convinced that MM knows what the problem was and that it's something fixable.

I guess I need to be convinced that MM knows what the problem was and that it's something fixable.I agree 100%. A lot of unanswered questions going into this season. A lot of inexperience in key positions.
Mike Daniels:
“I’m going to be candid with you: He’s going to have to play,” Daniels said of Clark. “We’re going to need him. That’s why we brought him in. Liked what you saw out of him. Unfortunately he has some issues going on, but we’ll see. But I would love to get him out there. The more experience you get, the better you play, and that’s why they say it’s good to have vets.”
Not only is Clark a key player (especially with Pennell out), but Lowry (a starter) and Ringo (backup at NT) are basically untested. Then we've got inexperience at ILB with Ryan and Martinez both starting.
We had some inexperience on offense with Ripkowski taking over for Kuhn. Now Lane Taylor is starting with Sitton gone.
We're counting on these guys performing right out of the gate.

We'll most likely be favored in every game except perhaps week #2 in MN. However, every year it seems like a team will lose to a team they have no business losing too along the way. Well probably end up 21-4 or something like that.

I don't know if the line changed, but before Bridgewater's injury, the Packers were favored in 15 of the 16 games. After the injury (before Bradford), the Packers moved to favorites in all 16. Reminds me of 2012 going into the season.

I approve also, though it does remind me of the time a few years back when I posted one like that on PR. It was kind of PG13 like that one. When I went to Photobucket to upload the image I was invited to access Photobucket through my Facebook account. Subsequently, and unbeknownst to me, Photobucket and Facebook published the image to my FB feed.
That went over great with the elderly aunties in Minnesota.

I'm gonna be a silly homer for once in my life and go 13-3. There is no reason we can't dominate our division, and the Afc south as well. 9-1 or 8-2 out of those 10 seems manageable. And i see a loss or two else where. The road to at least a 1 or 2 seed is paved nicely.
