Really? After last year's play you wanted the Packers to resign Hayward?

I can't say I did; but I didn't have the luxury of watching him practice every day as well as document his injury history. I'm not sure what I do had I had all of it.
But I'm not sure we should give GB a free pass given how he excelled this year. Did we miss something in our evaluation ?

Spriggs has looked like a solid rookie in the time we've seen him. He has fresh legs with having had a perfect blend of game time and rest to be both strong and sharp. I don't like rookies on the ol and don't want him to be our playoff RT, but it's been a perfect year for him to get himself ready for this moment. I think he can have a good strong 5 game stretch where his fresh legs can make up for his youthful lack of NFL power.

ThunderDan
01-01-2017, 09:44 PM

I used to be annoyed by AR dicking around too much at the line. After watching veteran Favre, those first couple few years I felt like teams had too much time to get their head straight and play aggressive defense. Now he pushes a pace that frustrates and confuses defenses. AR is at the top of his game right now. Still has the physical gifts with all of the mental edge too.
