Its 94-94-6, including playoffs between the two teams.

Its been a long time since the last tie. http://packerrats.com/showthread.php?29928-The-All-Time-Packers-Bears-Record&p=940679&viewfull=1#post940679

Packers have their emergency tackle at one spot and either a starting guard or a tackle signed off the street at the other.

The Bears defense is rounding into shape. The Bears offense still has Mike Glennon starting. Its probably a good strategy for the eventual Trubisky era, but its not going to help this year.

Packers win 17-13.

I don't care right now if we win or not as long as Rodgers leaves the game in one piece.

The Bears have no real WR right now and a QB who is horrible. As long as the Packer O doesn't give up a pick 6 or turn the ball over twice on our side of the 50 we should be ok.

Packers win 17-9.

Glennon was 15/22 101 yards 1/1 last week against the Steelers. I heard 12 of the completions were to RBs.

gbgary
09-28-2017, 10:17 AM
although they say their rb is banged up (sprainded ac joint) we still need to play the run first and dare glennon to beat us in the air with their depleted wrs. that means a lot of man coverage. hope our dbs can do the job. if they do, pray trubisky doesn't come into the game.

Come on, Danny Boy, you're an old hand here at Packerrats; you know better.

Glennon will go out and throw for 300+ yards and go something like 26 - 34.

He's no Jay Cutler.

The scary thing is that the Bears QB Mike Glennon is playing to keep his position and justify his new Contract with Chicago.

This guy does have an extremely solid game once every 5-6 games. We need to hope that doesn't happen tonight. The thing is as has been mentioned; he needs receiving targets to show up or come out of the Woods.

So off their injury list, they get Perry, Brice, Cobb, Ryan, Dial and Monty active. They lost the three limited participation guys.

Defense missing a big D Lineman and a corner. Lotta safeties for coverage though. No good news at Tackle, but Monty and Cobb will help the pass game.

Pack will run a bunch of 2 TE formations to shore up the problems at tackle. Bennet and Kendricks will be invisible on the stat sheet. Timing is everything, short routes, YAC is key. Any running production will be icing on the cake. MM needs to put in Aaron Jones early and often.

On defense, Clark will be doubled. Time for the Nitro to show up and disrupt the Bears running tandem. GB's corners need to step up. Expect a big play from Ha Ha.

The Invisible Man (formerly aka Thor) will need to make his presence known.

Gulp (big swig of Kool Aid).. Pack wins 24 - 21.

You really shouldn't count the times ARod ran outside on a pass and got back to the LOS going out of bounds. That was the median successful play last week.

I'm a little surprised. Unlike most Packer O-Linemen, Taylor did not play any Tackle in college. Hope this works better than it did for Josh Sitton.

Any chance the Packers come out running the wishbone?

I'm impressed to see the solid Broadcast Team of Jim Nance and Tony Romo (Color) doing this Historic Game.

I was thinking about this Rubber Game today and came to the realization that I have been a Green Bay Packer fan for about 2/3's of the games played between the Packers and Bears. The rivalry began in 1921 and is the league's most played, with 194 regular-season and post-season games.

At the start of this huge game it's all tied up at at 94–94–6.

Because the Twitter feed says they were looking at his hand and that replay of the fumble recovery shows him wincing after his hand got landed on during Martinez's fumble recovery.

But report on TV was back.

It will be interesting to see how both Teams adjust in this Rain Delay.

Bill Cowher felt that the Bears were gaining momentum and both of their lines looked better than the Packers OL and DL.

I am still going with the QB matchup and that isn't close.

Aaron Rodgers over Mike Glennon and a huge advantage especially up 14 Points.

This looks like another Packer domination over the Bears as we have seen for over a decade but this Season as been a little weird to date.

Hoping.

Bears 2nd and 10 at Mid Field and 6:25 left in the 2nd Qtr.

14-0 Packers.

They are as expected running the ball to keep Aaron Rodgers off the field.

OK Packers make a nice PICK (Clinton-Dix) and Packers ball at their own 40.

Next play a lovely deep ball to Jordy Nelson and a 1st and Goal and the 3rd RB Aaron Jones goes in for six.

21-0 Packers ! ....It's da Bears ! :whaa:
