Do you really care, PB?

Honestly, no one even shows up for the induction ceremony in Cleveland, and the "Rock and roll HOF" is essentially a Goodwill drop off site for musicians.

Do I really care?

Compared to many things, no. But there is no way that band belongs in there. I just don't get it. Even if album sales and general popularity are enough, one monster album shouldn't be enough.

Plus there is the deadly combination of way too much radio play at a time I listened to a lot of radio AND the fact that the songs are terrible. Its the kind of music you don't rediscover and are horrified when its played ironically at a wedding. Its like putting A-Ha in there.

But they have a good beat and are easy to dance to.

Joan Jett got in. Should be all you really need to know about that place.

She might be the hardest working woman in Rock 'n Roll :D

I don't mind her at all, though its a stretch for the HoF. She's a compiler rather than a record setter to frame it in sport speak. I much more mind repurposing "Living on a Prayer" for a 9/11 tribute.

Joan Jett is still listenable.

Bon Jovi ... hard rock for early teen girls. That's not a bad thing. Tiger Beat girls have needs too.
