It's impossible right now to tell how the draft with the Saints plays out. Until we know how the Saints record ends up being, we don't know. If they have big injuries and it's a top-15 pick, then Gute is a genius.

Don't mind Alexander, but didn't like how the trades worked out. If you go by the theory that a pick in the following year is equivalent to one round later, that's going to be roughly equivalent to a late 2nd for a top half of the third and a 5th. Just that is a pretty even trade, and we also dropped four spots in the first round. It could work out, but it will likely take a Drew Brees injury to do so, and he's been ultra durable.
