The lives of widows and widowers from 9/11 can make for some very strange tales. Multiple instances of surviving responders leaving families to marry widows.

I am not particularly fond of Schefter glomming on to this. What the hell does it have to do with him?

he's raised his children he's honoring everyone. his life was changed for the positive too. without this story not many would realize the dynamics of some of these situations. there's life after being a victim and sometimes huge positives.
