The article on pft, says the team will pay him slightly more then his tender was (the tender was 2 million)

I like Geronimo. I think losing him to injury last year was an overlooked part of the underachieving offense. He's not fast, but neither were Driver or James Jones.

Geronimo makes for a perfect slot receiver IMO. He’s taller than usual, but just as quick as small guys so he brings that trait. He’s very smart and trust worthy. Honestly, I could see him being an upgrade to Cobb in there.

Allison was on the way to a very decent season before the injury. I'm glad they re-signed him fairly cheap. I agree with JH above that he may be better suited for slot receiver and may well be the answer to who can thrive there.
