Nicely detailed breakdown of two ways to look at a QB and how they process a play.

If the Chefs were to trade Mahomes for Baker Mayfield, then Baker would be a Chef.

I think this question is essentially the difference between a nice, good and well designed offense with a viable QB versus one that can harm the opponent at any time.

You can win with the former if you have a very good defense, but if you need that offense to win the game, you might be disappointed.

I would love for Rodgers to adopt the regular, small wins in the passing game that this offense might provide off play action AND still find a way to take big shots. Whether M4 is calling them or they have to draw it up on the Field Turf.

For some teams, the QB is a salad prep boy.
