King provided a big momentum swing the Pack needed there. I was just saying I hadn't heard his name all game which is a pretty good sign for a CB.

edit: and what a waste of an offensive series to follow it up though

Shocked we got the win only scoring 21. Then again, Cousins just randomly threw an INT on 1st and goal that was huge in us winning. D is amazing for basically being on the field the last 40 minutes of the game.

We ran the ball well the whole game, but when they took away Adams, we had no answer. Our other receivers don’t scramble to get open and don’t appear to create space on their own. That’s what has to get fixed.

My biggest concern going into this season was that the Packers were learning a new offense and going against 3 of the NFL's best defenses to start the season. They'll have to do it again next week. Winning ugly is okay in September though. they're 2-0 overall. 2-0 in the division, 2-0 in the conference.

Does "Flower-Power/Scheming to get open" strategy involve WRs running deep posts/fly patterns and Rodgers just chucking it up? Or is it something else?

Hey guys, good win by the Packers. Very close game after destroying the Vikings in the 1st quarter. Went over to a friends house I hadn't seen in 35 years so that was fun (sort of) watching the game.

Packers D is legit for sure. That was a VERY close game on the road against a good team so I'm not too discouraged.

Enjoy the win guys.

I would have thought we are 0-2 after reading the comments today and over the past week.
The defense is playing well, the offense is a work in progress.
There is no such thing as an ugly win in the NFL, especially in our first two opponents.

Some of you need a reality check, and I’m being kind.

I stopped in to take a look at the comments and realized all the posters have been replaced by Michael Rodney bots.

2-0 and the offense did more than they did last week. They showed some things and will continue to get better. I'm along for the ride.

I thoroughly enjoyed the game. Packers never trailed and thus the horde of Viking fans in attendance* never really got a chance to feel good at any time. Sure, a couple of Skol chants with gay overhead rhythmic clapping broke out (before being drowned out by Packers fans) but all in all it was a fantastic game and experience.

Since we're taking responsibility... I'll take the blame for the offense lack of production the 2nd quarter on. Last year against the Bears in week 1, we didn't do anything until I turned the game off. I wasn't able to watch until the 2nd quarter which is precisely when we started sucking. I'll be more careful in future weeks, and if I just have to not watch anymore games for us to win the Superb Owl, I'll take one for the team.

This strategy is not unprecedented in Packerrats lore. Pittstang employed this tactic I believe during the 2015 season, taking personal responsibility as whenever he watched, he says they played beyond bad. I believe he settled on listening to the game on radio in the garage and their fortunes improved almost immediately.

I would not advocate not watching games or even turning to the radio. Maybe just try watching the game in a different room than you normally do. Regardless, good luck on your journey.

I wish more fans were as dedicated as people like Pittstang. If they were, you'd see no purple in Lambeau on game day. Can you imagine him selling his tickets to an opposing team's fans? I submit he would cut off one of his hands before he would do such a traitorous act.
