These AFC teams make offense look so difficult.

I was thinking Bills were a team of destiny.

Naw. They can be had.

'Justin Tucker with 2 off the uprights. Bears should sign him.

I just spotted Mr. Hyde.

Hyde’s like the Sloth. Packer D ain’t great but it automatically got better without that abomination, Mr. Hyde. The offense is great this season without the Sloth making it 10 on 11.

Yes, in case anyone is wondering, I called in. Hopefully I don’t regret this decision later.

At least the Rams/Packer game was entertaining. This AFC game is boring as hell.

Is there a reason why the Bills have only 2 rushing attempts in the first half?

Because you'll believe any script they give you

You'd think they'd at least try to run the ball.

If I were the Buffalo Bills I'd go after Aaron Jones; be a nice fit

They are trying to outsmart the Raven defense that completely shut down Derrick Henry last week.

Have you heard him in interviews? I don't think he's a bad guy or anything, but he's not a quick dude.

Gotta be honest, that was a nice drive by the backup, Huntley. Feel bad that Andrews couldn't bring in that TD.

It's called feedback. You can use it if you want to or you can ignore it. But it's not passive, dipshit. It's active. And in your case, yeah a little aggressive.

Everybody with a brain will neg your posts, because they suck.

Don't worry, this forum is fixed, right?

I'd neg your post about complaining about having your post negged, but it seems too impersonal.

Don't be a douche-troll-nattering nabob and you won't get negged.

Neither team looked sharp. I thought Josh Allen was the next coming, and I get that he's a big, strong kid with a big, strong arm, but he did not look as good as advertised. Of course, the Ravens have that physical defense.

And Lamar Jackson looks lost about half the time.

I want to see the Packers beat a Mahomes-led Chiefs team in the Super Bowl.

texaspackerbacker

Yeah, I want to see that State Farm dream game too. More than that, I remember the first Super Bowl and all the hype about K.C.'s super team then. I want to see the Packers doing to the present day Chiefs what Lombardi's boys did back then. Mahomes is good, but Rodgers is better.

50/50 - I guess Tampa because of the revenge factor, but really either one.

Bucs give up big punt return as everybody gets caught inside after returner breaks tackle.

HarveyWallbangers

Neither team looks that good. Both QBs playing poorly. I think we beat either team, but the Saints are pretty beat up, so I’d probably choose them. Malcolm Jenkins is really good and underrated.

Really sad to see. Reminds me of how Favre's career ended. The end of the career for a QB is rarely glamorous as we all know. What an incredible career, I believe he holds the vast majority of the passing records now (until Aaron and Stafford inevitably break 'em).

If Brady plays next year, he will pass Brees in passing yardage. Rodgers though is almost 30,000 yards behind Brees. Brady already has the lead in TD passes. Brady is about 170 ahead of Rodgers.

I boycotted the Chefs-Brownies game, but upon watching the highlights of that game, two things hit me in the head:

1) Remember the time Todd took Brohm over Henne? What a mother of incompetence, that Todd Thompson. Brohm over Henne was Bowie over Jordan all over again.

2) Former Pack great Andy Reid was around for the infamous 4th and 26 game. Reid found out that Mike Sherman was a better GM than coach when Sherman opted to punt on 4th and inches with a hot Ahman Green around. So against the Brownies, and facing 4th and inches, Reid went for the kill.

1. I couldn't stand Ted Thompson, same as you, but comparing Chad Henne to Michael Jordan is a little bit over the top.

2. I've got at least as good an opinion of Mike Sherman as you do - even if history shows he made a colossal blunder not going for it on that 4th and short.

Back in them ole, horny Sportsbubblers days, I argued in my ingenious "2008 My Mastery Mockery of a Draft" that Henne possessed the kung fus that could rival only that of another ex-Michigan student-athlete named Tom Brady. Uncool Pack fans like the Kentucky, Tony O'Day, Scott Campbell and greenday made fun of me. Granted, Henne's career arc has not turned out to be anything like TB12's. But compared to Brohm, Henne is Bradyesque.

So just over three seasons at Rodgers' 2020 clip.

That's a tough clip to maintain. Rodgers would probably have to play 4 more years after Brady retires to have a shot.

texaspackerbacker
01-20-2021, 01:30 PM
And if that happens, as it should, Rodgers damn well better play it all with the Packers.
