Going with Rodgers. Love will have to wait.

My second choice on the list would be Brett Favre. OBVIOUSLY it's Rodgers.

Favre is starting at ILB, however.

I think it's become clearer recently that Rodgers is winning this war. He'll get the extension he wants and probably more say in personnel.

If it's not Rodgers, it'll be Bortles. But I think it'll be Rodgers.

7 out of 10 voters here so far think Rodgers will be back. That does not seem to be the thinking elsewhere. Are we just a bunch of Kool-aid drinkers? Or do we have a better sense than others of what Rodgers is after?

I would not have voted that way had the poll come out 1.5 weeks ago, but after hearing some of the comments from former teammates, I'm feeling more optimistic. Plus, I don't buy the "he told FA's he wouldn't be in GB" story. If he had, AJones, Bahk, and Mercedes would not all have re-upped like they did.

Rodgers has very limited options here, as the Packers have basically signalled that they have little interest in trading him. So, for Rodgers to get out of Green Bay, he would have to really throw one hell of a hissy fit that would make keeping the reigning MVP a disadvantage for the Packers.

Changing scenery at this point in his career isn't likely to be beneficial for Rodgers. He struggled learning a new system in 2019, and that was while still having the same players he knew around him. Going to an entirely new system and team would be rough, and the longer we go through the summer, the harder it will be for him.

In the end, Rodgers will be faced with the question of whether his chances of winning a title are greater in Green Bay or somewhere else. I can't see how somewhere else is the right answer. If Rodgers is going to keep playing, it is more than likely to be in Green Bay. Now, maybe he decides to retire...but that would really surprise me.

Elsewhere meaning regular people around the local area and the state? or assholes of the media?

Packers sign QB Kurt Benkert just three days after acquiring QB Blake Bortles https://t.co/eXffGI34M9

And the front office executed this signing without conferring with Jordan Love beforehand.

Jordan Love will, in all probability, demand he be traded.

I think vindictive Erin is done, wants out and won't be satisfied until he is out.

I think Rodgers caves and gets his stack of money then leaves. To answer Tex's earlier question. Maybe out of state assholes?

Common sense trumps false pride.
