Packers sign QB Kurt Benkert after rookie minicamp tryout

I have questions.

Questions like, If Kurt has been Kurt - but has also been Kurt Benkert - does that make him 3x the man he thinks he is? Or do multiple Kurts & Kerts cancel each other out making him not even a Kurt at all?

If Kurt has not been Kurt but has been Kurt Benkert - does that mean he has been not only himself but also a Kert (not Kurt) who came through a portal from another dimension?

Whenever he addresses the media, will Kurt Benkert be curt? ( curt: adj. Rudely brief or abrupt, as in speech or manner: synonym: gruff)

If so - then is his Game of Thrones medieval style name actually sound something like..
"I'm Kurt Benkert the Curt. I am Kurt. I have been Kert and I will continue to be Curt"
Or would his speech be more curt?

So much to process here.

He who has been himself

With the releases of Jake Dolegala and Blake Bortles the winner of the third string QB competition by way of elimination is of course none other than the infamous "He who has been himself" but who has not yet been a has-been in Green Bay:

Kurt Benkert

The story of Kurt Benkert could have been curt. Or more curt at least. But he is Kurt, and he has been Benkert. But time isn't curt for Benkert. At least not yet.

Here's to hoping he has a quiet season on the practice squad and shows veteran savvy at clipboard holding, but could perform admirably in a hopefully curt emergency situation where everyone is left wondering: "Just what has Kurt Benkert been?".

And just like that...

Kurt's about to be the Packers starting QB for Preseason game #2. You know, the guy with the repetitive names who showed up for practice in a full HALO suit.

"Time to go save the planet, but first, I need a weapon."

Also a rather interesting interview with "the back-to-back No. 1 Fortnite player in the NFL for two years" at the link below:

"I don’t rely on football to pay for my future or my bills. I can literally go out there and just enjoy it. It’s not like I have to get a job in a month if I get cut."

Nice read, Captain. Thanks for sharing. TIL: Tyler Dunne is younger than I am.

With J-Lo and A-Rod not playing (they used to date, right?), I was gonna boycott the fake game on Saturday (still pissed about the NFL blackballing Kap). But after reading the article on Benkurt, I’m gonna tune in.
