This is just it. He’s somehow the goat but it’s more just doing simple things over and over and over. I’ve never seen a QB so patient and consistent at doing the easy plays 100 times in a row and never faltering

The Lions - unlike past teams, this one isn't quitting.

The fans like that coach. At the same time, he takes this "damn the torpedoes" thing too far. He passed on a pretty short field goal at a key moment to go for it on fourth down, and didn't make it.

Some of his gambles are great, but he doesn't seem to have a good sense as to when it's time to stop.

Maybe he needs a 1-800 gamblers anonymous hotline.

Or else, he just figures, "fuck it, either we win or we get the overall #1 pick". It's never too early to prepare for that hahahaha.
