its interesting that they are doing it now

the team has plenty of cash, and has spent tons on the stadium and surrounding area in recent years

so they don't need a cash influx right now

wonder if it has anything to do with murphy thinking the fan base might turn on him after the season for some reason?

I think they are planning a new project for their property, perhaps a hotel of some kind, and they need the capital to strike dirt.

For anybody that is interested in getting a share, the link is here. However, the queue seems to be crazy long.

If I buy stock, can I demand that Gute/Murph sign ARod long-term or have them fired?

I had 2 from 10 years ago. Don’t need more wall art or items to pass to my kiddos. I’ll waste 300 on some tickets though :)

No, when most property and resources are owned by the state, it is considered communism.

Actually, Harrell is right. I’d explain in thoroughly, but I’d have to do so in FYI.

Partial owns hundreds of Apple stocks. Ain’t mean he owns Apple. The Waltons probably own the majority of Walmart stocks. We don’t see the Waltons stocking shelves, working the registers or even managing the way underpaid working bees.

Man, orangutans are smarter than you are.

Bizarre extremist behavior. A tad overboard.
Taking away the entire human experience.

Should someone named "mad" really be in charge of that? :) Lol

Someone named that has been doing this for 15 years. A lesser man like you would have broke long ago.

Brian Tuohy:

The Packers also had a sale of their "stock" in which 300,000 "shares" are going up for sale for $300 a crack. While the stock does make you an "owner" of the Packers (an oddity in all of pro sports), it doesn't go up in value, it cannot be resold, and really, is worthless. But it's going to raise a bunch of money for a team with some $250 million in reserve...and this comes days after the league fined the Packers $300,000 for "covid violations" surrounding Aaron Rodgers.

Technically only the Packers get the money. And it helps them stay modern and competitive. And my padre gets a sweet azz certificate for his wall. So, I'm happy to have purchased my one share. Jog on, hater.

Because the Packers can raise money this way you also don't hear about the Packers pushing for a new taxpayer-funded stadium. The only taxpayer money was a Brown County-only sales tax increase that ran from 2000 to 2015. Brown County, of course, reaps a huge windfall every year from having Packer games there.

I'd feel better about it if other teams were allowed to do the same thing, but they are not

I'd also feel better about it if they were actual stock. You know, where you can buy and sell them and get dividends on them, but they aren't

And how much does the team really need?. They already own multiple office buildings. Now they need a hotel? Why didn't they build the hotel with the last round of money? When does it end, when the team owns the whole area west of the river?

This is an NFL team that takes in tons of money a year, and on top of that, they are suckering their fans into giving them charity on top of it all

It's bad enough that the team charges for parking, then like 10 bucks for a beer, 7 or 8 for a brat. 20 bucks to rent a seat back the makes their shitty bleachers somewhat acceptable, overcharge for shit in the proshop that you can get down the road at dicks for much less. But then they expect even more.

Murphy should be standing outside the Oneida gate with a giant sack with a dollar sign on it before and after games

Maybe they could pass around a basket during each game?

On the sickening side of it all. A this talk about Rodgers all off season and in season and stock etc.

Probably means Packers in SB this season.
1922 was the first NFL season.
First SB in LA. This one in LA. Maybe vs Titans
