View Full Version : The official Browns @ Commanders New Year’s Day game thread!

Noon on Sunday.

The QB unsettled Commanders host the talented but underwhelming Browns. Deshaun Watson settling in at QB. A Browns win puts the Packers playoff berth back in their own hands.

Go Watson. Go Browns. Go pack go!

Unlike last week when everybody we needed to lose lost, this coming week, Washington along with Seattle, Detroit, and the Giants all have fairly weak opponents. Our chance of getting that needed Washington loss is a lot stronger the 18th week when they play the Cowboys.

I was enjoying the Browns increased success and then they signed that POS to that ridiculous contract. So I've enjoyed watching them struggle.

Now I have to want them to win?

How so? Cowfuckers would be playing their B-squad against the Redcoats.

Packers will only have themselves to blame if they miss the playoffs. Personally, I blame Christian Watson. This boy’s electric, to borrow Coldplay, I will admit. But man, he’s right up there with the Claymaker in terms of toughness and durability. The offense coulda used a spark from Watson in the games where it was more impotent than Tony O’Day without Viagra.

And Watson’s egregious drop on the very first play from scrimmage pretty much foreshadowed doom.

The best reason this need that a Washington loss may happen is that similar to Detroit, Washington has played over their heads and really isn't as good as their record. I think they'll lose to bith the Browns and Cowboys.

The North Dakota State Gingerbread Man is actually a better passer than the German Bert Favor. However, the latter is a better game manager.

Maybe Gingerbread Man will throw a couple of picks and excrete out a couple of rocks. Packers needing help to get into the dance is lame, though.

Wentz’s knee injury must’ve slothed him up somewhat. I recall the Gingerbread Man looking a lot like a young Butte in the Balding Eagles’ Super Bowl season. Butte wasn’t Ron Mexico (Vick), but back in the days, Butte was decently mobile when plays broke down.

From PackersNews:

In the event the Lions beat the Bears and the Packers lose to the Vikings, Green Bay could still tie Detroit at 8-9 if the Packers rebound to beat the Lions in the finale, but Detroit would have the edge on tiebreakers with a better record against teams in the division (4-2 vs. 3-3).

He threats women like objects. But goddamn Packers made me root for the Pervert today.

I went to a sketchy Asian massage place, because I hoped they have happy endings. They had scantly dressed cute Asian women. I was feeling pretty good about my chances when the lady was rubbing my bum. She had her butt right on the back of my head. I could feel the warm spot between her legs. I was like, yeah, this is gonna be a happy ending for sure. So when I turned over I let the towel fall off and sure enough, she went for the happy ending. Another cuter, younger Asian came in and asked if I wanted two girls. I was like, yeah, I want you for sure. So 5 minutes later, they were done. Then it came time to pay and they were like $180. I was like, what, it says 60 for an hour. And they were like, 2 girls. I’m like damn. So I paid and tipped.

I had just had a breakup with my gf and it seemed like a good idea. But it’s sketchy and not good vibes at all. I don’t recommend it unless you really have a kink for Asian massage.

But they’re out there. I’m Green Bay and everywhere.

Watson shouldn’t have let his thing out unless he was 100% that she was down. My Asian lady had her coochie on the back of my neck and was running around down there so I felt like it was safe. I wouldn’t do that to some lady who wasn’t really giving the full green light like my lady.

RashanGary
01-01-2023, 03:18 PM
But moral of the story, I don’t think Watson is that bad. He made a mistake and definitely doesn’t value love making the way it should be. I’ve been in bitter spots where I just wanted sex too. So it’s understandable. But he didn’t read the room very well and made some reckless hurtful moves. Bad on him, but it’s not as bad as some people make it.

call_me_ishmael

The thing that makes the Eagles tough to defend wasn't on the field, though. They are a very tough to defend offense with a great front 7. Tough team all around and I wouldn't want to play them. Although when we played them did we have both of our MLBs rollin'? I think the Packers are better set-up to defend them then most given the speed at linebacker. Would feel a lot better with Gary though.

texaspackerbacker
01-04-2023, 03:01 PM
The thing that makes the Eagles tough to defend is Jalen Hurts. The D can do everything right, cover the receivers, stop RBs on running plays, rush the QB, and Hurts or Fields or Lamar Jackson can still get away for big plays. You can put a "spy" on him, Walker, Campbell, whoever, and if he beats the guy even a third of the tme for a fairly big gain, it's trouble. Also, a running QB pretty much takes man coverage out of the equation for the D, and the Packers for most of the season have been shoddy in zone D. If somebody knocks off the Eagles before the Packers play them, I'll be greatly relieved - I'd rather see us play pretty much anybody other than the Eagles.

Highly doubtful that Rodgers ever "can’t cut it", but the only way I see Love getting into the game is like the last time - if it's so far down the drain that it doesn't matter anyway (or heaven forbid, injury to Rodgers - which is kinda the same thing).

Were you implying that Love is similar to Hurts? I wish hahahaha. I'd be absolutely thrilled to have a change of pace quality running QB even while Rodgers is still the top dog. But I really don't think Love is that.
