Overview
A five-year starter with elite size, Glover is well-proportioned with good lean mass. His stance is funky and might need to be corrected to improve his pass sets and avoid play tells. Glover has good length, but his hands can be late or inaccurate, which mitigates his size/length advantage. He’s a plus drive blocker and can climb up or outside the box and adjust to movement. Improved hand usage and placement will bolster his consistency as both a run and pass blocker, but quick defenders might always trouble him. Whether he ends up at tackle or guard, Glover has the traits and upside that could allow him to stick around on a roster and improve his chances for eventual playing time.

Strengths
Highly experienced with a mountainous frame and excellent length.
Plays with good bend and athleticism for a player of his size.
Has enough mirror talent and hand strength to survive at tackle.
Rolls hips into kick-out block to crowd and leverage the end.
Power in his lower half clears run lanes on down blocks.
Can make timely adjustments to movement as a blocker in space.

Weaknesses
Needs to lower punch aim, as hands frequently fly into rusher’s face.
Inconsistent feel for pocket depth.
Likely to need help against wide-9 looks and quicker rushers.
Too much head ducking into first contact.
Needs to speed up hand strikes fitting into his run blocks.

He’s a project. Practice squad, I’d say.

I agree. Packers almost always have a project OT on their practice squad. He's it.

Agree. Watch out, Kadeem Telfort. You have competition to be the offense's version of Johnathon Ford.

All of his weaknesses, aside from the wide-9 susceptibility, seem verrry coachable.

Orlando pace is an all time horrible athlete but he’s so long he can just play this weird ass game and it works. Wahle was saying Tausch is the only OL he’s ever seen that loses every single block with his hands but still won every block anyway. There are some weirdos who find a way.

This guy is a poor athlete for NFL standard. But he’s a weirdo with 35” arms. Never know. Might have to be open minded as a coach and let him win which ever way he wins. You don’t want to coach effectiveness out of a weirdo.

I had to look up where Georgia State is located. It's Atlanta. I might have guessed Tbilisi.

Yeah, they actually play FB in the old Braves ballpark, Turner Field.

Orlando Pace or Orlando Brown? Pace doesn't have a RAS score; he didn't test. He was a remarkable athlete on film though. Tauscher was a weirdo with his body; he just had good feet and got the job done. I just looked up Tauscher's RAS, holy cow. 33 inch arms, good 3 cone and that's... about it. Consideing Tauscher, Bulage, and Tom all played RT with 33-33.25 arms, maybe Jordan Morgan can play T... if his feet and technique are good enough.

This Glover guy is a big dude and has a shot as a developmental guy. The big uglies don't all have high RAS scores. Tough to run a fast 40 at 320 pounds, and the 10 yard split, broad and vert are more meaningful anyway.
