The teams that let them get away are a combined 6-20. The teams that signed them are a combined 18-8. Obviously there's a lot more that goes into those records, but good organizations are good for a reason.
It has to be brutal for Giants fans to see Barkley and McKinney having all-pro years for Eagles and Packers while they are paying Daniel Jones over 40 million per year.

Running the ball is slowly coming back into vogue. The smaller LBs and focus on the passing game is opening up potential on the ground for teams willing to invest.

Derick Henry was 102 when he fought Joe Louis. The man really is amazing.

He is. Very good after contact, which is important number for RBs.
Jacobs is almost to his rushing total from last year.
Gotta keep him healthy down the stretch.
Speaking of which, Aaron Jones went out briefly again this past game vs. JAX. He's on pace for something like 320 touches, he's only had 2 seasons over 250 touches. Vikes will spend a Day 2 pick on a RB next draft.
Are Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks both better than Dillon? I wonder if Dillon's neck/stinger issue forces him to retire.
I thought Derrick Henry was basically on the way to washing out 3 seasons ago. That man is something else.

Great thread, was aware of some of this, but solid info.
I saw Dillon last Monday at the Packer PRO Shop.
He was carrying a clear bag full of shoes
I know he was on PS, but they are keeping him around.
Maybe he gets one more shot with the Pack.

Dillon is on IR, not PS. I think he's still around because he loves Green Bay, but his chances of playing again with the Packers are nil.

Agree. They won't bring him back with what they have. I think they like Brooks, and Wilson has turned into a solid backup. We really haven't seen Lloyd yet either.
No room for Dillon, and like I said a neck stinger that puts you on IR is no joke. I suspect they found something serious in the scans and are seeing if time will help.

As an unabashed Dillon apologist, I hope so.
Even if it's just as team Mascot.

Dillion is very unlikely to return. They should hire him as a coach so he knows all the plays and has access to the training facilities. If they have multiple injuries, sign him as a free agent.
