Surprised there is not already a thread for this. What a train wreck it has become with him publicly saying he wants to play elsewhere next year and rumours of him being benched or cut circulating.
Can dick picks be far behind?

Who would honestly want him at this point?

Rappaport reported that Rodgers won't go in for tests, presumably because they'll take him off the field (he has said he's "sore all over" and reports have indicated sore knee, hamstring, and other ailments).
Of course he'd know better than the Jets medical staff if he was healthy enough to go. He's smarter than the rest of us.
If Woody Johnson wanted to bench Rodgers 4 weeks into the season, and they fired Saleh the next week, IDK if Rodgers will be welcomed back to Florham Park for 2025. Hackett will be gone, but Adams and Lazard will be there.
(I heard somewhere that Davante has a higher 2025 cap number than Jordan Love?!?)
It's like watching a car accident in slow motion. Grateful for what Rodgers did in the 2010's, but also very grateful he's gone AND that GB doesn't have a crazy meddelsome owner.

Didn't you always know it wouldn't last?
Adams has a base salary each of the next 2 years of 35.6 million. The Jets will be starting over. Again. Must suck to be a New Jersey football fan. (Bills are the only New York Team).

He actually said publicly he wants to play somewhere else? Wow, that's pretty bad.
At this point, who would want the guy? I think he's not gonna have a spot. Although... maybe Dallas. They still have a ton of pieces, will likely have a decent OL, and will almost certainly draft a QB in R1. Rodgers could hold down the fort for a year and give them a run while the youth gets some time to sit and learn.

So glad he's not our problem anymore.

I know a lot of us, myself included, we're disappointed that we didn't get a first out of the trade, but getting two 2nd round picks for that shitshow is an absolute steal.

You're the man . . . until you're not.
What to do with all that arrogance?

Are we still starting new threads about every malcontent QB in the league? Where is the Daniel Jones thread?

I was only disappointed it didn’t happen two seasons earlier. At this point it is looking like a straight up robbery by Gute.
