Supposedly 125k+ at the draft.
Schefter looks stupid with the hoody/suit combo.
Browns fleeced the Jaguars with the first trade of the draft.

I thought NYG were going to take Shaduer when they traded with HOU, beyond that I'm not that surprised he slid out of the first. This QB class is doodoo.
I was hoping for Will Johnson, but his medical must be scary. The DTs went fast, Tyliek would've been a slight reach. I'd have been ok with a trade back, but Golden might turn out to be a good cheap playmaker, and you can't have enough of those.
I didn't watch a ton of his videos, will have to change that. From what I've seen he's... ok? Ewers did him no favors on a lot of underthrows, so he'll be used to it when Love does the same. That said, he's a bit undersized but he's fast, and they need speed so that's good.
Golden Shower lol gross

I can’t help but laugh. The tire fire gets drafted by the dumpster fire. How mad will Deion get when his name is inevitably added to the qb list jersey?
The talking heads on the nfl network seriously pissed me off after he was drafted. They went on and on about him and the fall for about 10 minutes while you could hear the ’pick is in’ tone going off in the background, and they didn’t cut away to show them. I went to the bathroom and they were still fucking talking when I got back!

I have no idea what the Browns were thinking. They took Dillon Gabriel (a 5'11" QB with a noodle arm by pro standards) with a top 100 pick, then turn around a take Sanders two rounds later. They already have Pickett and Flacco (and DeCreep Watson) on the roster.
The Giants trade up for Jaxson Dart and Cleveland says hold my beer to reassert their place as worst QB decision making team.

I would argue that getting arguably the best QB in this draft class in the 5th denotes ingenuity, not incompetence.
Watch the films: Young Shed looks like a poor man’s Butte. And Butte was great once upon a fucking time. I reckon, the hypocrisy of NFL decisions makers was why Sanders fell into the abyss.
Jalan Carter, the former Georgia Yokozuna, played a key role in the tragic deaths of two young folks while driving recklessly; still drafted in the 1st. But yeah, let’s kinda blackball a kid whose only crime is, he’s egoistic, egotistic, brash, spoiled, full of self-entitlement and just happens to be the Oedipal son of ex-NFL great, Neon Deion.
That being said, perhaps the “abyss” will humble the kid the fuck up. As I once emailed The Claymaker: Yo, you ain’t a shutdown corner, amigo; don’t be so cocky; be humble and play with “grace in your heart.”

^^^ I don't think the Sanders thing is hypocrisy or anything like that. I think it boils down to the fact that most NFL coaches want to have as much control as they can. If they could remote control their QBs, they would. They all talk a big about 'off platform' throws, and like everyone else, they love it when they work, or when their calculated 'shots' work, but what they really want is for the offense to be as boring as all hell, with Brady/Manning moving the ball down the field in safe predictable guaranteed 7 yard chunks.

Sanders wasn't anywhere near the best QB. Average arm strength at best. Accuracy good, but inflated numbers based on the throws he was asked to make. Not a running threat. Undersized. Had the best player in college football to throw the ball to.
He's got a chance in the NFL, but, ignoring the hype and looking objectively, I don't understand why he was being projected near the top of the draft

It will be interesting to see how he turns out. Before the draft, I read that many scouts were mixed on his prospects, all agreeing that he was tough in the pocket, with better than average accuracy and timing; but, some felt he did not have the arm strength to make all the throws most coaches would expect of him as a regular starter. One scout commented that accuracy and timing can make-up for lack of arm strength in college, but not as much in the pros where everyone is quick as heck.

What is his elite trait? For a pro-QB, he's short, his arm is meh, and he's not especially athletic. He had good accuracy, but I got the impression he was a short-to-intermediate guy. By all means take him R5, why not. I didn't see the top 5 talk though. Having Deion and all that involves was obviously a drag on his draft value as well -- what HC wants that headache? It's bad enough when fans and reporters are slagging you on social media, but when the kid's dad is a HOF'er and coach himself? No thanks. Too much of a zoo.
My bigger thing was the Browns basically burning a top 100 pick on a QB who has even of a less chance of success when that is a team with problems. By all accounts Dillon Gabriel is a great guy, good team leader, etc., but he's not a pro-QB. At least Shadeur has a chance if he goes the game manager/backup route.

Because punks like ThunderDan refuse to hire me, I continue to flip burgers. Burger flipping has killed all of my confidence in wooing chicks. Consequently, I spend virtually every weekend grinding at poker at the local casino, which has a Sportsbook.
Point being, while I no longer can stand to watch college sports - shit makes me long for the era when I was “young and full of life and full of love” - I was exposed to a tons of Colorado games while at the casino.
Sanders ain’t a midget, hombre. He’s 6-2, same as Butte. And anyone saying Sanders has a noodle arm has never seen Matt Flynn sling a rock. Matt Flynn, Shedeur Sanders ain’t. Does Young Shed possess prime Butte aerial arm power? Perhaps not. But, from the games I’ve seen, Shed can make all the throws, especially in “scramble mode.” Shed reminds me a lot of Butte, and like Butte, Shed has a penchant for holding onto the rock for eons.
And besides, even if you totally ignore my take, Ole Nutz proclaimed that Shed has talent. Nutz can tell the differences between the “Pistol Force” and the “Pistol Pete,” so at least heed the futbol guru.

This 100%. He had the highest percent of balls thrown at or behind the LOS. Basically he was asked to throw a shit ton of bubble screens and such and let the WR's get YAC.

There are not enough accountants and CPAs in the employee pool. We have had to pay a headhunter to find qualified employees to work for us. We have never had an accountant or CPA send us a resume and ask for a job. We have posted on all the job websites and get no one to respond to our offers who was remotely near qualified.
When APB says no one will hire him it means one of two things most likely. One, he was convicted of a felony. Two, he was caught stealing money or information from a company.
If APB truly sent out a resume to a CPA firm and had the needed qualifications and not a felony, he would be hired in 5 days at $75,000+ plus all benfits. And that is just as a starting staff accountant without a CPA license. CPAs start at $100,000+.

In case you didn't hear, the word on Shadeur Sanders is that he bombed interviews and came off as entitled. Not a good look to go up to the whiteboard and tell the HC "your play sucks, here's one I like that we did at CU".
Now, he's a great pick as a Day 3 flier based on talent, but not with that attitude. Nobody wants that in your QB room or your locker. He's going to have to earn it the hard way.
