Seventh round pick, John Williams, who weighs 322 pounds, majored in aerospace engineering. Gutekunst called him; "...exceptionally bright." and "Really, really, really smart."

Interesting! Brains have kept a lot of players in the league regardless of their skill level.

Warren Brinson, R6 DT pick, has a pilot's license. Williams can build the plane, Brinson can fly it.

Jokes aside, Williams is a decent lottery ticket to see if they can develop him into something like good depth. Probably at G.

They should have some enlightening conversations while trying to destroy each other in training camp.

The trash talk would be hilarious.
"Williams, you couldn't design a goddamn chicken wing, much less an airplane wing!"
"Brinson, my good man, you couldn't fly a kite, much less an aeroplane!"

Reminds me of Jim Carrey’s “kids” in Me, Myself and Irene. Ha!

I'm going out on a limb after watching this guys tape. He wins the RG job. I can't see the flaws to be honest. He can get stronger and more fit like any rookie big man, but his tech is really good. It translates to G or T. He's going to be a player for awhile.

I won't go quite that far, but I think he's a pretty decent pick for a R7 guy. Played LT which means he was their best OL, and Cincy has fielded some halfway decent teams in recent history. Can play all over the line, which GB loves. I think if he's even somewhat good in preseason he makes the 53, but that's a ways away.

No doubt I'm making this a "bold" prediction. These types don't usually play out, but man I like what I see on tape. He reminds me of how I felt when watching Zach Tom and I asked "where are the weaknesses?"
