I thought for sure Hasselbeck's name would be on there. He threw 5 TD's against the Giants. Then again, I think he had like 3 INT's, too

Not that I consider voting for anyone but Favre, of course

GBRulz,

I watched that game. Hasselbeck was incredible in the first half. His second half was poor. Two and the three interceptions were ones that a rookie QB would not have thrown. They pulled down the total effectiveness of his game.

Nominees for FedEx Air & Ground® NFL Players of the Week of 09/26/06

QB's

QB Mark Brunell 10% comment: this feat deserved more recognition as... he set the ALL Time Record for most consecutive completed pass's. As I recall, Mark Brunell completed his first 22 throws.. The old former record holder was Oakland's Rich Gannon, who completed 21 straight against Denver on Nov. 11 2002.

In all Mark Brunell completed 24 of 27 passes for 261 yards and one touchdown.

QB Brett Favre 63%

Without question the BEST performance on the week and esp. following another 340 yard passing outing in losing to the Saints in week 2.

Brett Favre threw for 340 yards and three touchdowns, completing 25 of 36 passes. his QB Rating was the BEST on the week at 127.09.

Donovan McNabb 27%

Philadelphia's Donovan McNabb completed 18 of 33 passes for 296 yards and two touchdowns.

I hope Mike McCarthy is ready for this fella, in the unfriendly cofines of the Eagles Stadium. If you've got tickets don't wear your cheese hat, LOL. This place by reputation is a zoo.

And... if you go to the washroom alone...Keep FOUR WORDS " in mind "...

" DOWN * WITH * THE * EAGLES " and speak only one.

Your choice...

RB's

RB Tatum Bell 18%

Denver's Tatum Bell ran for 123 yards on 27 carries.

RB Willie Parker 26%

Pittsburgh's Willie Parker carried 31 times for 133 yards and two touchdowns

RB Brian Westbrook 56%

Philadelphia's Brian Westbrook ran for 117 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries.

woodbuck27:

Yes and that was on only 8 carries. They also neglected to mention the one TD receiving and the fact that makes Westbrook's performance in San Fran so impressive... is that he only had 12 touch's.

Westbrook also had 4 catch's for 47 yards and 1 TD and a long of 27 yards, for a game of 164 total yards.

Smoookin'.

So he had a gain of 13.67 Yards/touch and 1 TD every 4 touch's.

Break out... the ball and chain.

Any Member's here into Voodoo...Witchcraft? Jk

I'll do just what Andy Reed does as one on my mentors M.

I really hate myself for benching him. I was right on the limited touch's but ....smokies!! Thats what I term smokin'.

ahhh... 25 over 12 weeks ...only 2/week.

Those three picks play havoc with a QB Rating. His was around 92-93.

Brett has my vote because he earned it. Brunell had a good performance but Brett was the best last week.

I voted for Brett too. That's odd...me, a Packer fan  Honestly, only Brunell came close - a close second.
