I wonder if Thompson took into consideration that cutting Carroll will bring the age of the team up enough to knock the Packers out of the "youngest team" catagory. Simply trading Gado made us the youngest team......now where are we.
Then, if Thompson likes young guys more than veterans........would it be safe to just say "Thompson likes young guys"? ROFLMAO

I don't get it...
For one thing, trading Gado brought the average age up, because Gado is 23 and Morency is 26..
But I really don't see why it matters..

Well, if they signed Dendy, who is 17 months older than Carroll, the average age of the 53 man roster goes up by 0.0268 years!
