What are your favorite recipes for tailgating?

I don't have any recipes, but I go with beer (preferrably a Wisconsin beer) and polish sausages with maybe some sauerkraut, ketchup, and mustard. I'm expecting the GB folks to show superfan and myself how to do it right at the end of this month.

I once tailgated next to a group in Green Bay that had learned how to perfectly roast your own peanuts on the grill using some tinfoil.

Hot roasted peanuts on a winter's morn? F'n incredible, especially when you add the big T-Bone I ate with it =D
