Joey Heatherton passed for 33 of 62 for 414 yards and 2 TD's and 3 INT's. Its been awhile since I've been thought of as a star so I would like to thank Bob Sanders for getting my name back in the press.

Yeah, i thought our defense was going to give this game away again. Woodson actually played well today. He made a great play catching Chambers I think it was and swated the ball out of his hands after almost running it in for a TD. Everyone else gave up on the play 20 yards before otherwise there might have been someone there to get the fumble. Instead it tumbled out of bounds still Miamis ball. That pissed me off.

Well, in all fairness, Miami was playing catch-up most of the second half. Also, they couldn't run worth squat. I would have kept passing if I were Miami, too.

if someone throws 62 times, they better have 300-400 yards.

33-62 for 414 yards, 2 td 3 picks. a 49% completion rate. pass rating had to be supershitty....

I didn't like that we went pretty vanilla, and sat back in a "prevent" type defnese for so long...we should be more aggressive than we were today on Defense.

Fritz,

33 for 62 is 53%, but who's counting? I agree that 400 yards passing isn't a big deal when you throw 62 times, especially when you consider that about a third of those yards came in the final minutes after the Packers had made the score 34-24. Not that it's Harrington's fault that they had to throw that much. However, I think you'd have to say the Packers secondary played pretty well despite the high yardage.

The receivers for MIA were awful today...dropping passes left and right. GB also applied just enough pressure so that by 4Q Joey seemed to get happy feet. Against a team with bettter "hands" or a calmer QB, the score would have been different. Either way, I'm happy they got the W.
