JSOnline is reporting that Miree is likely out for this week, too:
"Starting fullback Brandon Miree's hyperextended left elbow will leave him doubtful for the Bills game. McCarthy said Miree played "excellent" against the Cardinals, helping open up holes for both Green and Morency.
"McCarthy said that he and general manager Ted Thompson will consider bringing in another running back to fill Morency's spot, but for now Noah Herron, who has a 100-yard game this season, will be Green's backup. William Henderson is expected to fill in for Miree.
"None of the other injuries the Packers suffered were serious, McCarthy said."
