The Portland Metro area received 3-5" of snow yesterday and it paralyzed the entire area.
A local resident of Portland grabbed a video recorder and recorded 15 car crashes in a short period on a Portland street. It should give you an idea of how clueless Portland drivers are when it comes to driving in icy snow.
