I have it on a high authority that Brett Favre will return for another season of football in Green Bay.

Listening to Dave and Carol, he was talking about the rumors about Brett, regarding his Oneida golf membership, etc.,

He said, I have avoided commenting on any of this as not to start un-substantiated rumors. However, Dave said this morning, that he has it on good authority that the Favres and contacted their maid about needing them again for the 2007 year.

Take this for what it is worth.

why would favres maid be the first one to find out this news? wouldn't he tell the team or announce it to the world before he worries about the maid service?

just seems odd to me

Maybe he is tapping that maids ass and happened to roll over and whisper it to her?

Anyone know her age?

Dude...you need to take a chill pill, or tell Brett the next time you talk to him to tell the rest of us.

I have very trustworthy sources that tell me Favre's maid is mighty fine.

How did the story break last year?

Rumors started spreading around the forums that the Favre's had renewed their maid service. About a week or two later Favre announced he was coming back.

Anyone remember the song "Rumors" I think it was by Jermain (sp) Jackson

"Look at all the rumors, surrounding me everyday,

I just need some time, some time to get away...."

But did you ever hear the "roaches" remix?

AtownPackFan

No Madtown, I have not heard the remix...but yes you have the right song.

I really do believe it was the breaking of the inside information of the maid's being kept on for another year that got Brett to finally let the public know he was coming back. Either that or the Butler being kept on....now come to think of it, maybe it was the pool boy or the lawn guy....I am getting confused now.

The title of the tread is very misleading.

If he's wrong, we'll hunt him down and make him pay.

414 TD passes, 7 away from owning the record outright. Yeah, I've known he's coming back EVERY year so far. He will be back for 2007.

it was done by a group called "timex social club." it was their only hit and they split not long afterwards.

He won't and now I am wondering if he doesn't play 2 more years like Harlan thinks. 2007 they can compete for the playoffs and in 2008 they could be a serious contender for the Super Bowl if they produce another draft like 2006.

I'm all for him playing 2 more years!

Records wise, by playing one more year, he will own them all. The last one to come will be passing yards, in which he needs 3862 to surpass. He had 3885 this year, so I don't see any reason why that is not attainable next year.

But, he needs to play an additional year for when the team is a SB contender again AND to keep adding to the stats. The last thing I want to see is Manning pass him a few years down the road!

I like to think that Deanna and the maid were getting intimate, Brett caught them, and immediately called the maid service to let them know the Favres needed the maid back next year.

And I bet Bretsky agrees with me.

LOL...the maid needs to tell Brett that she'll join them in the bedroom after each win next year. SUPER BOWL HERE WE COME!!!
