OK, first off even after a fully expected loss I'll give da Bears their kudos for making it to the Super Bowl.

And in reality, bad weather was the best chance Chicago had to beat the Colts. They needed to play the perfect game and hope Indy did not handle the conditions nearly as good. If that game was played in ideal conditions it would have been even more lopsided.

The bottom line is the NFC sucks right now.

The real Super Bowl was two weeks ago when Indy defeated the Patriots, and in reality the final four in the AFC was the only thing determining who the next champion was.

Indy, New England, San Diego, and probably even Baltimore were all better than any team in the NFC.

That should give us some hope since we are in th NFC and not that far away from a playoff team; but we should also realize that just being the best NFC team is nowhere near being a champion yet.

We have some major strides to take.

Bring on 07 !!
