Just curious why do you use caps?

Looks like once again the pats will be there come playoff time. Already two good pick ups, and they still have two 1st and a 2nd to add to the team. They need WRs and they can add two stars if they want in the draft. Also, probably the best QB and coach in the league. Great time if your a pats fan.

I'm surprised a team as widely praised for brillance as the Pats would be so "stupid" as to jump into free agency from the onset.

They sure don't know what they're doing.

Maybe that is their way of doing business. Identify only a couple of FAs that could help their team and sign them early before anyone else does.

Kyle Brady? Hardly think he matters. He's like 35 or 36 years old, and all he does is block. He's a poor man's Jimmy Kleinsasser.

Evidently, they figured he had some mileage left in him or they wouldn't have signed him.

Brady is WAY past his prime. He is pretty much a 3rd stringer.

Good run blocker who gives them more beef up front on running plays, that is about all he is.

Maybe that is all they want him for. They seem to be pretty successful for the past few years.

I answered that question in another thread but the above post nailed it and also that my typing skills are very bad but I'm going to give my best to avoid these mishaps

All they needed to do was replace Daniel Graham, who was their blocking tight end. Mission accomplished, and relatively cheap.

They have Ben Watson as the downfield threat. It's an embarrassment of riches.

I still wish we would have drafted Watson two years ago.
