PS : ITS MY B-DAY TODAY :D

Good Monday everyone. It was a LONG weekend (and
expensive) for a lot of NFL teams and their fans.
Here is what I hear On The Sidelines.
The Packers and Raiders are still talking about
sending Moss to the Packers for either a 2nd round
pick this year and a conditional pick (no higher than
a 3 and no lower then a 5 next year) or a 3rd rounder,
a player and a conditional pick (no higher then a 2 no
lower then a 5 next year). Various radio reports
throughout the country reported (like I did Friday)
that a deal was reached, but none other then my
original source would (or shall I say could) confirm
it. I guess the Pats are now really looking hard into
dealing for Moss as well.
The Packers are also trying to set a date to visit
with Justin Griffith, Chris Brown, Cory Dillion, and
Deon Grant. Joe Horn is also an option if the Moss
deal doesn't happen and would be a lot cheaper. The two
sides may work out a visit later this week.
The Packers MAY be one of two teams that could trade
for Dolphins TE Randy McMichael. The Dolphins have
contacted 2 NFC North teams and are asking for a 3rd
round pick or player in return.
The Packers are trying to get a date to host Travis
Henry, but he is in Oakland today and the Raiders may
try to have a deal done before he leaves. The Raiders
will release LaMont Jordan (who may end up back with
the Jets) later this week.
Willis McGahee may be an option for the Packers,
again, if the Moss trade doesn't happen. The Broncos,
Giants, Browns and Raiders are also options.
Look for the Houston Texans to try and trade Dominick
Williams (Davis) after signing Ahman Green.
Rumor is the Broncos traded Jake Plummer to the
Buccaneers to keep him away for the Raiders. If they
would have released him, Oakland and Houston would
have tried to sign him, and Mike Shanahan did NOT
want Plummer in Oakland.
Joey Porter has gotten interest from the Dolphins,
Browns, Ravens, Bengals, Cowboys, Packers (although it
was slight), Lions and Texans.
Look for the Broncos to sign former Bengal WR Kelly
Washington by the weekend.
Travis Henry BACK to Buffalo? It could happen when
(if) the Bills trade Willis McGahee.
