Should the Packers bring this guy in for a look?

I'm not sold on Rogers, what could it hurt?

If Rodgers was to get traded then this would be a decent move.

Anti-Polar Bear/Tank, you really should just go back to your original screen name.

Yes, that's a joke.

Joey Sunshine is mediocre at best, with no prospect of getting better, in my opinion. Just say noey to Joey.

Signing a Joey Harrington isn't 'the earth shaking move' from Ted Thompson that we need right now.

Losing Ahman and now news that Hendo is right behind him arn't big surprizes for me but difficult all the same.

The dismantling must and will continue folks.

Just the facts of life.

No, because if we do that I guarantee Tank comes on here and claims he's a profit. And lord knows we don't want that.

*switches to "get a load of this guy" cam *

I've got mixed feelings on this.

Harrington has 5 years of NFL experience under his belt. He would be a more capable backup than Rodgers or Martin should Favre(perish the thought!) go down with a serious injury.

On the other hand, I agree with a previous poster that with a great team around him, Harrington would be mediocre at best.

I would take Harrington over Rex Grossman any day.

If TT could sign Harrington at the veteran's minimum, I say it is worth signing him.

Harrington over Arod? Wow, no way in hell...Lions fans would die from laughter..What a slap in the face it would be to Aaron should we sign Joey and make him our #2. Does Aaron deserve that?

Does Aaron deserve that?Maybe a kick in the ass is what he needs to get his head out of his ass and the shit out of his brains. imo rodgers will never be better than harrington.

Harrington would be a great backup. He is twice the QB Rogers will ever be. He has NFL experience as a starter with two horrible teams and he played pretty well in Miami last season.

He sucked last year in Miami and won't be back.

12 touchdowns in 11 games with 15 picks, so the Fins are gonna let him go.

He is a mediocre talent. You don't know what Rodgers may turn out to be.

We don't need the "Piano man".

I love how people look at stats as the only indicator of a players performance. Harrington played well on a horrible offense. I agree that he had a potentially great offense in Detroit and he sucked. However, he came into an offense as the #2 QB and out performed the starting QB. Cullpepper could have played, he just sucked that bad.
