Lately I've been listening to a lot of Jump by Van Halen, because you might as well (right)?

Glad to see they got into the R&R HOF. One of the best bands, ever!!! And probably one of the best bands to see live, as well!

GB just got a new station, well same station but changed their format to 100% alternative. 106.7 The Zone.

Love it, love it, love it. That's what I'm listening to now.

Not a VH fan, though certainly can appreciate their influence on metal. Tyrone always loved metal guys that dressed like bitches.

Jump: Aztec Camera did a lovely version of Jump.

Listening: Air, Pocket Symphonies. Grab your lady, pour some curvoisier, and get down.

It's ok. I'd echo your sentiments...but I like it nonetheless.

Listening to the breeze rustling through the trees, the wind chimes, a cicada and a dog barking a couple blocks away. (someone tell Fergus to shut up).

I got Sirrius Radio for Christmas, and there are many great options, that I get to pick from many interesting genre's.. Most favorite is the Alternative Nation channel #21...

No real favorites at home now, but would be interested in the Clap(new?)

Just ordered new Lucinda Williams and Norah Jones, plus slightly older Lucinda and Shelby Lynne. Tift Merritt-Tambourine is the best album I've heard in last 5 years.

Haven't listened to 'em. Who would you compare them too?

A little bit of the Beach Boys and a little bit of the Beatles. They have a very fresh and pleasant sound to them. Here is a link for their song "Phantom Limb."

Sorry for my earlier ignorance. Yes I like the song. Personally (and I'm not saying that this is either good or bad), I'm one of those guys that throws the cd into the player and forgets about album titles, tracks and anything else that defines the music. I just listen. I usually can muster enough to remember the name of the album (although not always) but my classification system is usually #1, #2, #3 and so on.

I thought you were referencing a different band...oops.
