I hope Favre waves part of his bonus to make the cap more friendly to options after June 1st.

A little disappointing that there is nothing left to compensate Driver for busting his ass last year. I think we set a good example by rewarding Driver for solid play and giving 110% instead of sticking him on the back burner. I think DD is worth it. All around great guy on and off the field. I'd hate to see him disgruntled and leave. I'd really like to see him extended before going into his contract year..

Remember, Favre's money's already included and I think this year's cap hit on the Woodson contract is different than the $$ floating around. Also, the rookie signings come from the rookie pool, not the regular salary cap, Don't they?

As far as I know the rookie pool is included in the regular season cap $$ we have left. I think we'll need around 4-5 mill or somewhere in that area for draft signings. At least I though I read that somewhere. Harv??

Brett's roster bonus is already factored in, as it is classified a Likely to be Earned amount. The Pack would've been credited that amount had he retired.
