Different mock drafts can differ considerably regarding who will be available when the Packers pick at #16. Using Scouts Inc.'s top 32 players as potential 1st round picks, I surveyed 10 mock drafts to judge the likelihood of each player being available when the Packers pick. Next to each player I have listed how many of the 10 mocks have the player being available when the Packers pick. I have also included, in parentheses, the average draft position for each player:
1. Calvin Johnson Jr. WR Georgia Tech 0/10 (3.3)
2. Joe Thomas Sr. OT Wisconsin 0/10 (4.3)
3. JaMarcus Russell Jr. QB LSU 0/10 (1.0)
4. Gaines Adams Sr. DE Clemson 0/10 (5.5)
5. Brady Quinn Sr. QB Notre Dame 0/10 (4.0)
6. Alan Branch Jr. DT Michigan 3/10 (12.4)
7. Adrian Peterson Jr. RB Oklahoma 0/10 (3.8)
8. Jamaal Anderson Jr. DE Arkansas 0/10 (10.5)
9. LaRon Landry Sr. S LSU 0/10 (7.7)
10. Ted Ginn Jr. Jr. WR Ohio State 6/10 (17.0)
11. Leon Hall Sr. CB Michigan 1/10 (10.6)
12. Dwayne Jarrett Jr. WR USC 9/10 (29.6)
13. Reggie Nelson Jr. S Florida 5/10 (16.2)
14. Amobi Okoye Sr. DT Louisville 1/10 (10.1)
15. Adam Carriker Sr. DE Nebraska 6/10 (16.9)
16. Lawrence Timmons Jr. OLB Florida State 10/10 (30.1)

31. Paul Posluszny Sr. LB Penn State 7/10 (23.1)
32. Anthony Spencer Sr. DE/LB Purdue 9/10 (34.5)
A couple of notes:
Brady Quinn's average draft position is 4.0 even though 7 out of 10 mocks had him going #2. One mock had him slipping to #14, which skews things a little bit.
Ted Ginn's numbers were all over the place. The mocks had him going as early as 7, or as late as 30.
6 out of the 10 mocks had Buffalo taking Marshawn Lynch. 3 had him going to the Packers, and 1 to Tennessee with the 19th pick.
