Are these guys trying to throw money away?

I bet the company pays him more than the fine, so he will actually make money

It's kind of like Biting the hand that feeds you though. The NFL has been good to Brian Urlacher. Without this he'd be an average guy making an average salary. I don't mind when a guy is just standing up for what he believes but when a guy is just trying to make a dollar at the expense of the league that crosses one of my lines.

$100,000 fine for wearing a non league-approved sponsors hat? That's insane.

Like the NFL brand is really threatened.

Was it even intentional? $100,000.....just ridiculous. Big Brother on steroids.

When I first read the title I thought it said:

"Urlacher fined $100,000 for Super Bowl hit"

and I thought, "That's stupid.....the only thing Urslacker was hitting in the Super Bowl was the ground when the Colts RBs ran by him."

Urlacher knows all of this and had his vitaminwater hat on anyways. All players know about the business side.
